For US Roles: The application window for 2026 is: January 12th thru January 30th.
Please register and create an account. Apply for all positions you are interested in. Please mark your preference in your application.
The program is open to any son, daughter or dependent of a SC Johnson employee who meets the following criteria:
Students must:
- Be a dependent of an active, retired and/or deceased full-time or part-time SCJ employee (employee must provide 50% + support).
- Be at least 18 years of age to work in manufacturing.
- Be accepted or registered to attend an accredited college, university or technical school full-time for the Fall 2026 semester.
- Provide a copy of your acceptance letter (Fall 2026 freshmen students) or college transcripts and a resume by 3pm CST on Friday, January 30, 2026.
- For US roles: Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test, background check, and complete safety training (as applicable).
- For US roles: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work location.
- For Canada roles: Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. This means having valid authorization under applicable immigration laws. SCJ does not provide immigration sponsorship for these positions.
