The program is open to any son, daughter or dependent of a SC Johnson employee who meets the following criteria:
Students must:
- Be a dependent of an active, retired and/or deceased full-time or part-time SCJ employee (employee must provide 50% + support).
- Be at least 18 years of age to work in manufacturing.
- Be accepted or registered to attend an accredited college, university or technical school full-time for the Fall 2025 semester.
- Provide a copy of your acceptance letter (Fall 2025 freshmen students) or college transcripts and a resume by 3pm CST on Friday, January 24, 2025.
- Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test, background check, and complete safety training (as applicable).
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work location.
